When Vacations turn ugly

We spent a week in my favorite place in the world, and it was very nearly the worst week I've spent there. If the last few days hadn't been nearly perfect, I would regret ever going back. I've come to the conclusion that there are times when the Devil saves all his attacks for a single time, making the most impact, and increasing the complete feeling of defeat. I'm still sorting through the collateral damage, but am eager to share the Lord's victory. For now, I've simply posted the fantastic photographic play-by-play of the week.
